The HRBP will participate as an active member of the business or functional leadership team to deliver integrated approaches to HR across Germany.


  • Seasoned HR professional (3-5yrs), HR degree or relevant qualification or equivalent
  • Solid expertise in all HR generalist areas (performance management, manpower planning, facilitation, etc.) and knowledge of 1 – 2 specialist areas such as employment law, compensation and benefits, resourcing, employee relations, TUPE etc
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills at all levels – ability to influence effectively
  • Ability to understand the business issues within the specific sector
  • The ability to make sound judgements and wise decisions based on evaluating data and deciding on a course of action
  • Ability to proactively support change
  • Experience of delivering generalist HR within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Fluent in German and English
