Working closely alongside the Head of Marketing Communications, the Communications & Events Manager (P/T) and wider Commercial team, this role will take responsibility for delivering key digital marketing projects for INEOS Automotive. They will develop, implement and deliver digital marketing solutions in collaboration with partner agencies. The Digital Marketing Manager requires significant experience of all aspects of digital marketing (including, but not limited to, website and app management, SEO, email and social media) and how they integrate to meet brand and tactical objectives.

Develop relationships with stakeholders including agencies and technical partners; understand the competitive forces in the markets that we operate; research, review and feedback on the trends that will impact the MarComs plan as it is developed.

Take responsibility for identifying opportunities and developing the digital marketing proposition so that it is best in class; build relationships with key stakeholders within the business; help, motivate and inspire colleagues.

Scope and project manage the delivery of a new Projekt Grenadier website and associated apps, establishing the process for future functionality and content requirements, consistent with brand values.

Plan, establish and build the Projekt Grenadier online community, pre- and post-launch.

Implement robust digital marketing reporting, including analysing website analytics and social media data.

Coordinate and manage INEOS Automotive’s digital marketing agency to ensure consistent and coherent execution of digital marketing projects

Manage email marketing, to ensure subscribers are regularly updated on Projekt Grenadier, in order to build interest, drive positive sentiment and ultimately deliver leads.

Coordinate and manage INEOS Automotive’s social media agency, ensuring high level and consistent management of all social media channels, including organic and paid content.

Manage social media insight (listening, analysis and reporting), ensuring feedback informs marketing strategy as well as wider commercial business intelligence (Retail, Product, etc).

Manage digital marketing spend in all channels, measuring effectiveness against pre-agreed KPIs for return on investment.

Manage the content quality for external communication material through digital marketing channels, ensuring consistency with other marketing communications and PR.

Requirements

Level of education & Experience in general: 4-8 years’ digital marketing experience in a well-established website; e-commerce or automotive experience highly desirable but not essential; managed budgets; experience co-ordinating a number of agencies to successfully complete multiple projects. Experience working with multiple markets/regions outside the UK would be a bonus.

Technical skills: Leadership skills: Up-to-date knowledge with the latest digital marketing and wider marketing trends and commercial best practice. Creative thinker and problem solver, with proactive ‘can do’ attitude. Commercial acumen and articulate with strong presentation skills.
