Working closely alongside the Network Development Manager and wider Commercial Teams.

The role is required to contribute to the global go to market strategy and excellent customer experience. The role also includes developing business cases, analysis of large data sets, collecting qualitative and quantitative market data as well internal process and standards development in the respective business area.

Implement and contribute to the global go to market strategy as determined by the Network Development Manager; research and understand the target markets and key players; build relationships with key stakeholders within the business.

Create thorough and robust set of standards for excellent customer experience

Contribute to the creation of the Projekt Grenadier sales and distribution strategy. It is expected to think out of the box and make a clear distinction vs the current automotive space.
Constantly challenge the status quo of modern forward-thinking retailing.Build market intelligence for focus markets

Contribute to the variant models by market, and support building a strong business case and financial and operation efficiency analysis

Create thorough and robust set of standards, in line with the brand values, for all sales and after-sales conduit

Coordinate the legal framework of the retail model

Develop the internal processes of the retail model in line with internal audit and other quality process management guidelines

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Business or similar. International business development and trade experience; bringing a creative approach and ‘out of the box’ thinking is more important than automotive sector experience.

Proven track record (2-5yrs) in working in an international business environment.

Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry.

Strong financial background. Creative with ability to think outside the box. IT literacy (xls), commercial acumen.

Process driven and pragmatic approach.

Strong analytical skills, prioritisation and work towards tight deadlines.

Self-motivated and organised and can-do attitude.
